Dear patients and fertility couples,

due to staff shortages, we are currently very limited in the processing of administrative matters. We regret that telephone appointments or queries, for example, are taking longer than you are used to from us. This has no influence whatsoever on the continuation of treatments and medical care and counselling. We will do everything necessary to ensure that you can quickly return to pleasant response times and reliable availability. In the meantime, we hope for your understanding. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Until the end of the year 2024, we are only open on Tuesdays from 1.00 pm.
